Internal Pneumatic Line Up Clamps, commonly known as IPLC, are pneumatically operated high precision machines that work inside the pipe used to align two pipe section of identical diameter for External Welding. IPLC comes in “Self-propelled” and “Non-selfpropelled” range and are designed keeping in view the industry standards and pipe line operations. Front and Rear head operate independently to line up the pipes with different wall thickness and lock the clamp into desired position. IPLCs are designed for rapid and easy adjustment for any wall thickness with in its range. Non powered Internal pneumatic line up clamp are generally used for small diameter pipes ranging from 6” - 18”. Option with self-propelled also available in there sizes. Self-propelled internal pneumatic line up clamp are suitable pipe dia. From 16” – 60”.
